-Is the travelling Adventurer who strives to learn 2000 Skills as a way to better himself
-Ended up coming into possession of the Arcle, the belt of an ancient race that bonds with the wearer and turns them into Kuuga
-Fought a Spider Gurongi and warded it off as Godai was still in a weaker form at the time
-Befriended the police officer Kaoru Ichio and would later become a serious ally to the Japanese Police Force
-Helped a Suicidal Girl after her father died during the initial discovery of the Arcle
-Achieved his Mighty Red Form fighting a Vampire Gurongi in a Burning Building
-Achieved his Dragon Blue Form fighting a Leaping Grasshopper Gurongi
-Achieved his Pegasus Green Form fighting a Hornet Gurongi
-Achieved his Titan Purple Form fighting a Gurongi that shoots explosions
-After dying from a deadly poison, came back to life and attained Golden Power, giving him access to Rising Versions of his other forms

PHYSICALITY

STRENGTH
-Out of suit has the physical capability to climb a building
-In Growing Form can somewhat compare to and damage the average Gurongi
-All Gurongi are capable of killing humans with single strikes
-All Gurongi are also bullet proof
-In Growing Form pushed a Police Van along with the still stronger Spider Gurongi deep into a stone wall
-Can do some damage to the Spider Gurongi who was completely unaffected by the previous Van Push
-After coming back to life, his Growing Form became just as strong, if not a little bit stronger than his Mighty Form
-In Mighty Form can snap webbing that is capable of piercing the glass of a police vehicle
-In Mighty Form can kick a Monster through a wall
-In Titan Form blocks an explosion with one hand
-In its Normal Forms the Finishers can do enough damage to make its foes explode

FIGHTING SKILL

-Fighting Style is generally pretty simple, however he honed it through fighting the many Gurongi over the course of the series
-Very agile in combat and focuses mainly on basic punches and kicks
-Fighting Style Changes with form
-Mighty and Amazing Mighty Form are direct Hand to Hand Combat
-Dragon Form is skillful in combat using a Staff
-Pegasus Form is a sharpshooter
-Titan Form is a Swordsman
-Ultimate Form is a combination of all of them

HEALING FACTOR
-Due to the Amadam gained a Healing Factor and the ability to revive from Death
-Injuries that would take at least a month to heal takes three hours
-Commonly comes back quickly from injuries that would normally hospitalize others
-Got a spear through his shoulder and was just fine the next day if not even sooner
-Recovers Stamina pretty quickly
-When he was slowly killed by a poisonous spore injected to his body, he revived from death through the power of the Amadam, becoming even stronger in the process

-This form would normally turn the one who becomes it into a relentless monster bent on killing everything, however this darkness is restrained by Godai's gentle nature
-This is signified by the eyes of his Ultimate Form being colored Red as opposed to being colored a pitch black
-Covers several parts of his new armor in spikes and blades
-Every strike from this form causes the foe to bleed, no matter how strong their armor may be
-Can see through the Human Disguises of the Gurongi
-Can now utilize every Power and Weapon of all of his previous forms with none of their drawbacks
-Can now utilize Pegasus' senses without a time limit, and Blue's enhanced leaping and speed without the lack of physical strength
-Has all of the abilities of Daguva, including
-Pyrokenisis
-Just by raising his hand can light his foes body on fire
-Can manipulate the fire at his leisure

-His absolute strongest attack
-Likely works in the same fashion of his previous Finishing Moves, as there's nothing to imply it doesn't. Stamping the foe and imparting the destructive energy into them alongside the force of the strike itself
-Said to be capable of destroying the Planet Earth itself with the resulting blast

WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT

ARCLE
-An Ancient Belt created by the Linto Tribe, it allows Godai to become Kuuga
-Can be summoned from inside Kuuga's body
AMADAM
-The True Power Source of the Arcle that stays within Kuuga's body
-Extends the wearers Life Span, to what degree is unknown however
-The Amadam itself is powered by Godai's willpower, which he has a lot of
-Acts as a balancer to make sure the Arcle doesn't turn the wearer into a berserker
-As prototype Arcle Belts did that along with slowly killing the body of the wearer
-Gains a Healing Factor and Revival Ability (See Above)
-It's also mildly that through Godai's willpower and desire to become stronger that the Amadam makes him stronger
-When he was coming back to life after dying via poison, a combination of the Shock Treatment he was given to keep his heart beating and Godai's willpower attained the Golden Power and his Rising Forms, along with the electricity that flows off his Rising Forms
-When he was facing the Grasshopper Gurongi, his desire to jump higher in order to catch up with him activated his Dragon Form
-After steeling his will and training with Ichio to tank attacks he activated his Titan Form
-This means that while it could be a Non-Factor, it is possible that through a combination of the Amadam and Perseverance he can make himself stronger

DRAGON ROD
-The Weapon used by Kuuga's Blue Dragon Form
-By getting a hold of any stick or pole like object can convert it into the Dragon Rod
-A Staff with two extendable ends each with a stamp of Kuuga on the end

RISING DRAGON ROD
-Is an upgrade to the normal Dragon Rod
-Each end is now armed with a sharp spear-end

PEGASUS BOWGUN
-Used in his Pegasus Form
-Can get the weapon by transforming any normal Gun into it
-Has a hammer that can be pulled back before shooting an arrow that imparts the destructive energy into a foe

RISING PEGASUS BOWGUN
-A Direct Upgrade from the Normal Bowgun
-Can now shoot multiple, much stronger arrows at once

TITAN SWORD
-A Short Broadsword used in his Titan Form
-Can make it from Stick or Pole Like Objects, or more commonly he can use the Key to his Motorcycle
-He can also use other foes blades to make it
-The front end of the blade can extend slightly

RISING TITAN SWORD
-An upgrade to the normal Titan Sword
-Lengthens the blade greatly
-Can now make two Blades and weild them effieciently

MIGHTY ANKLET
-An Anklet that covers his shin and massively boosts his finishing move
-Gains a second one in his Amazing Mighty Form
VEHICLES

ARMOR MACHINE GOURAM
-A Stag Beetle Shaped Vehicle that's larger than Kuuga
-Is capable of Flying at high speeds
-310.69 mph to be specific
-Made of several accumulated metals
-Will be summoned whenever Kuuga is clouded in power
-Acts as Armor for his Rider Machine
-Can produce a handle from the bottom while flying which Kuuga can grab onto to get an aerial view
-Usually combines this with his Pegasus Form so he can go above the area and get a perfect shot on his foe

BEATCHASER 2000

-Kuugas Second and Current Motorcycle
-Very skilled at using Motorcycles in Combat

-Is a direct upgrade from the normal Beat Gouram, achieved when he's in his Rising Forms

WEAKNESSES
-If his Belt is Destroyed he will be forced out of his transformation, and as a human he's substantially weaker as a fighter
-It took Daguva, someone on the level of his Ultimate Form, do damage and break his Belt
-The Belt itself is still inside of his body until he transforms
-Despite being one of the most powerful Kamen Riders is generally the most simple of them in fighting style and forms
-If he's forced to go into Growing Form he won't be able to transform again for two hours
-Pegasus Form is a very high risk form to use
-Even with the Gouram Armor, the BeatChaser 2000 is still a generally normal motorcycle and can be easily destroyed by someone strong enough
-There are a few ways to nullify the destructive power of the Stamp of Kuuga
-Rip off the part of your body that was stamped
-A. This is not ideal in general, and B. It likely has to be something like a Limb or a Wing
-Just by being strong enough to nullify it

Finally after a long ass time I've finished another Kamen Rider Bio. And none to worry I'll get the last of the Kiva stuff done soon, but I strongly enjoyed Kamen Rider Kuuga and wanted to get a bio out for the main protagonist.

Is it a bad thing I would love to see Rising Ultimate? Godai did achieve that form in Wizard’s final. Then again, you probably hate it.
